Granite Fabrication & Installation Associate
Location: Windsor, MO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour
Position Overview
Seeking a dependable, hands-on individual for a granite fabrication and installation position with a local granite company. The selected candidate will receive training in fabricating custom granite products and assisting with installations. Candidates with fabrication experience are preferred, but those with a background in construction, carpentry, or similar hands-on trades will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fabricating custom granite products and completing installations.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts.
- Measure materials accurately and assist with cutting and fitting tasks.
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling throughout the workday.
- Follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and work effectively with the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools is required.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch.
- Forklift operation experience required.
- Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting.
- Previous fabrication experience preferred; construction, carpentry, or related experience will be considered.
- Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative are a plus.
- Must meet background check requirements.
- Demonstrated employment stability and a consistent work history are required.
Compensation: Starting pay is $17.50 per hour.
