Picker / Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, putting away incoming stock, shipping and receiving packages, and assisting with inventory control activities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Put away incoming inventory and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Package, label, and prepare outbound shipments for delivery.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
