Position Overview
As a Seasonal Team Lead, you will assist with daily store operations, provide leadership and guidance to team members, and help ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lead by example, and a hands-on approach to supporting both customers and staff in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities

Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service.

Assist with overseeing daily store operations and ensuring company standards are maintained.

Support, motivate, and mentor team members throughout each shift.

Help coordinate store opening and closing procedures.

Monitor sales floor activity and provide assistance where needed.

Assist with merchandising, product displays, and inventory replenishment.

Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalated issues professionally.

Support cashier operations and ensure accurate transaction processing.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Qualifications

Previous retail experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
