Store Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Availability: Weekday and weekend availability required. Schedule will be determined upon hire.

Position Overview

As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience, assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining merchandise displays, and supporting daily store operations. Successful candidates are dependable, positive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Help customers locate products and make purchasing decisions.
• Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing displays.
• Assist with inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support promotional events, seasonal displays, and special projects.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with gift wrapping and packaging as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including both weekdays and weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts.
