Position Overview
Seeking a dependable Production Associate with at least one year of manufacturing experience. This is a hands-on position involving repetitive assembly tasks, frequent task changes, and heavy lifting throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Lift and handle materials weighing up to 40 pounds independently throughout the workday.
- Install slides into drawers as part of the assembly process.
- Operate riveting guns and use mallets to secure handles.
- Transition between different production tasks as needed.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity while following safety procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 40 pounds independently.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
- Ability to adapt to changing assignments and maintain attention to detail.
Candidates must be physically capable of meeting the lifting and other physical demands of the position.
