Commercial Line - Customer Service Representative

Located in Bridgeport, WV

Salary: up to $20 hourly

A growing insurance agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its commercial lines team. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service or sales experience who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and building relationships. Insurance experience is a plus, and training and licensing support may be available for the right candidate.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with policy changes, account updates, and insurance documentation.

• Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Build strong client relationships through responsive service and follow-up.

• Identify customer needs and support sales opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records and assist with day-to-day account servicing.

Requirements:

• Customer service and/or sales experience required.

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented.

• Insurance experience and a Property & Casualty (P&C) license are a plus.
