We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to support our manufacturing operations. The Stockroom Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials used in the production of equipment. This role plays a vital part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring efficient material flow, and staging components to keep production running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Stockroom Associate Highlights:
- Receive, inspect, and organize inventory, materials, and production components
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stockroom organization
- Pick, stage, and distribute materials to production teams in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Ensure materials are properly stored and labeled for easy identification
- Operate material handling equipment while following safety procedures
- Support production by ensuring materials are available when needed
What We Look for in a Stockroom Associate:
- Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
- Basic computer skills and inventory tracking experience are a plus
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
