Are you an experienced construction professional looking for steady, full-time work? We are seeking experienced Construction General Laborers to join a growing team in the Stillwater area. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on construction experience.

Responsibilities:

✅ Assist with all phases of construction projects
✅ Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
✅ Perform site preparation, cleanup, and general labor tasks
✅ Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
✅ Assist with framing, demolition, concrete work, and other construction duties
✅ Follow all company and job site safety procedures

Requirements:

✔ Previous construction experience is required
✔ Experience with framing, concrete, demolition, carpentry, or general construction preferred
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs. throughout the workday
✔ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✔ Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
✔ Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
