Job Summary

Responsible for assembling, configuring, and testing computer hardware, operating systems, and peripheral equipment. This role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, replacing defective components, and maintaining accurate production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure computer hardware, circuit boards, disk drives, and other electronic components.

• Install operating system software and peripheral equipment.

• Troubleshoot hardware issues, diagnose equipment malfunctions, and identify defective components.

• Replace faulty parts and document repairs, shipments, and build process updates.

• Follow established procedures and work instructions to complete assigned tasks.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

• Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting production requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Basic computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting skills preferred.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision.

• Willingness to learn new skills and procedures.

• A+ certification may be required for certain departments.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Overtime may be required based on business needs.

• Travel may be required for certain assignments.
