Job Details
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory & Wire Processing Associate to join a growing team in Woodinville. This position is responsible for receiving inventory, pulling parts for customer orders, and processing wire using semi-automated benchtop equipment.
No prior wire processing experience is required. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn new processes. Previous experience in inventory, construction, sewing, manufacturing, warehouse operations, or material handling is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Pull and kit parts for customer orders
- Locate and identify the correct wire and materials for production
- Set up semi-automated benchtop wire processing equipment
- Enter basic machine settings for wire length and size requirements
- Process materials according to work instructions and specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Assist with general inventory and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications / Requirements
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn simple machine programming functions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Inventory, warehouse, material handling, wire processing, sewing, manufacturing, or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical Demands
- This position requires 20% clerical and planning and 80% material handling, production assembly machine operations, and/or walking and assisting production employees
- Work is primarily performed on the manufacturing floor where noise levels may be moderate or high and hearing protection may have to be worn
- Eye and foot protection may have to be worn
- Lifting of weights up to 30 pounds may occur regularly, with a potential for lifting weights of up to 45 pounds on an occasional basis.
- There is potential exposure to extreme temperatures
- The occasional physical demands of the position include climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, grasping, and eye/hand/foot coordination
- May stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
