What You’ll Do

As a Sales Trainee, you’ll spend most of your day in the field within the NW San Antonio territory, visiting local businesses and introducing them to Express Employment Professionals’ staffing solutions.

You will:

• Visit businesses daily to build relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Prospect new clients through face-to-face visits, calls, networking, and scheduled appointments
• Learn consultative sales techniques to uncover workforce needs and present solutions
• Follow a structured sales process and daily activity plan
• Maintain long-term business relationships within your territory
• Collaborate with an energetic internal team focused on achieving goals and celebrating wins

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma and some college preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
• Able to pass a background and drug screen
