Eval-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for an immediate production opportunity. This position involves assembling components, measuring and cutting materials, operating production equipment, and assisting with inventory and shipping tasks. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Requirements:

• English Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and count in English to follow work orders, understand instructions, and manage inventory accurately.

• Basic Math & Measurement: Must be able to read a tape measure, understand measurements and fractions, and accurately measure materials to specified lengths.

• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools and learning to operate cutting and crimping equipment.

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow specifications, inspect finished products, and identify errors or defects.

• Reliability: Punctual, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.

• PPE: Steel-toed boots are required.

Responsibilities:

• Read work orders and follow assembly instructions to determine product specifications.

• Measure, mark, and cut materials to the required lengths.

• Assemble components using manual hand tools and production equipment.

• Select and install the appropriate fittings and connectors according to specifications.

• Operate cutting and crimping machines after proper training.

• Inspect finished products for accuracy, proper assembly, and quality.

• Bundle, wrap, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.

• Assist with inventory counts, packing, and general warehouse duties.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Environment: Fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse.

• Experience: Previous assembly, manufacturing, or machine operation experience is preferred. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
