Fiber Laser / CNC Punch Operator

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

Day Shift: Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is currently seeking an experienced Fiber Laser / Amada CNC Punch Operator to join their team on a day shift basis. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a skilled machine operator looking for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Amada CNC punch and fiber laser cutting equipment
• Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company health and safety procedures
• Assist with additional shop floor duties as needed

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating Amada CNC punch press and fiber laser cutting equipment
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and measurements
• Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
