Logistics Shipping Associate

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

 

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable Logistics Shipping Associate for a custom cabinet company in Fort Myers. This position is responsible for preparing custom cabinets and related materials for shipment, organizing orders, and ensuring products are packaged and loaded safely for delivery.

 

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and label custom cabinets and materials for shipment.
• Verify orders against packing slips and shipping documents.
• Inspect products for damage and ensure items are properly secured.
• Assist with loading and unloading cabinets and materials.
• Organize finished products and stage orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping area.
• Communicate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Perform other warehouse and shipping duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move cabinets and materials as required.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
