Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Line Workers to join our team in Maxton, NC. This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent position based on performance, attendance, and overall job fit.

Responsibilities
Assemble products and components according to company standards and production requirements.
Operate assembly line equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect products for quality and identify defects.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet productivity and quality goals.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
