What You'll Do
As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's financial operations by:
✅ Maintaining, analyzing, and reporting accounting functions
✅ Preparing specialized financial reports for internal and external use
✅ Conducting financial, operational, and compliance reviews
✅ Ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures
✅ Resolving complex accounting and compliance issues
✅ Assisting departments, administrators, and auditors with accounting inquiries
✅ Analyzing financial transactions and recommending appropriate accounting treatments
✅ Consulting with departments regarding accounting and financial processes
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent coursework)
✔ Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to interpret and evaluate complex accounting records
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
