Facilities Maintenance Technician | 1st Shift | $18/hr + Mileage

Location: Newport & Tazewell, TN
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00/hour + Mileage Reimbursement

We are seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repair work at two locations in Newport and Tazewell, TN. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable traveling between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general facility maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and address basic maintenance issues
• Complete preventative maintenance duties
• Assist with repairs and upkeep throughout the facilities
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Travel between the Newport and Tazewell locations as needed
• Communicate maintenance needs and completed work clearly

Qualifications:

• Previous facilities, building, industrial, or general maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Must be willing and able to travel between Newport and Tazewell
• Reliable transportation required
