Supply Chain Coordinator – Clarksburg, WV

An established company in Clarksburg is looking for a personable, organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join its team! This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, providing friendly customer service, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $19–$25/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer service

• Manage ordering and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time

• Coordinate supply orders and help maintain inventory

• Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing materials

• Handle basic facility upkeep and maintenance

• Maintain fleet records and ensure vehicles stay current on maintenance, inspections, and licensing

• Assist with other daily operational and administrative needs

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming phone presence

• Previous customer service experience is a huge plus

• Comfortable handling incoming calls and communicating professionally

• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems

• Personable, kind, and professional, with a calm, cooperative approach

• Previous supply chain experience is a plus
