Position Overview

Shift Hours: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm

 

We are looking for a efficient and detail-oriented Sorting & Production Associate to join our client's team in Grapevine. In this role, your primary responsibility will be quickly and accurately sorting and processing random donations into designated categories. You will also assist with unloading incoming cars and operating manual or powered pallet jacks as needed to keep the donation station organized and moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting & Processing (Primary Focus): Accurately and quickly sort incoming random donations into their appropriate categories.

• Unloading & Receiving: Safely unload items and donations from incoming donor vehicles and delivery trucks.

• Material Handling: Operate manual and/or powered pallet jacks to move sorted materials, staging pallets, and maintaining smooth warehouse flow.

• Quality Control: Inspect donated goods during the sorting process to ensure quality standards are met before distribution or resale.

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the receiving and processing areas.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous sorting, production, warehouse, or inventory processing experience is preferred.

• Efficiency & Accuracy: Ability to sort items quickly while paying close attention to detail and category guidelines.

• Physical Capability:

  • Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving for the duration of the shift.

  • Ability to lift up to [e.g., 40–50 lbs] regularly.

• Equipment Experience: Experience operating or willingness to learn how to operate manual/electric pallet jacks safely.

• Teamwork & Reliability: Strong communication skills, dependable attendance, and a positive team-first attitude.
