Customer Service Representative
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $22 - $26 per hour DOE – Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing supplier in the waterproofing industry. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders and estimates, coordinating deliveries, and serving as a knowledgeable resource on products and solutions while supporting daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email with product inquiries, orders, and technical information.
• Process estimates, sales orders, deliveries, and customer accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory availability.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service, inside sales, or order processing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge and provide solutions-based customer support.
