Key Responsibilities

·         Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper forklift operating practices.

·         Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move, load, and unload freight from trailers.

·          Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring freight is handled properly

·         Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to support daily shipping and receiving operations.

·          Must be able to do work off the forklift and assist with duties off forklift.

·         Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Previous sit-down forklift operating experience

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

·         Comfortable performing manual material-handling duties when not operating the forklift.

·         Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring freight is handled properly

·         Ability to follow safety procedures and safely operate warehouse equipment.

 

Compensation & Benefitt

·         Pay: $ 21.00 an hr.

Work Environment & Schedule

·         Schedule:  Monday- Friday in person

·         Hours: 7:30am- 4pm     

·         Environment: Warehouse and trailer loading/unloading operations
