Customer Service Associate

Pay: $50-60k/yr

Shift: 1^st shift Monday through Friday (8am-5pm)

Location: Morgantown, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:

• Taking customer orders and adding information into the system
• Tracking shipments and communicating updates and issues to customers
• Pricing and generating quotes for customer orders
• providing overall support for the sales team

Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills required
