Machinist - Day Shift

$18.00 - $28.00/hr DOE
Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable Machinist to join our team. This role is responsible for operating manual machining equipment, reading blueprints, producing quality parts, and maintaining a safe work environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate engine lathes, knee mills, and drill presses
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Use measuring tools including dial calipers and tape measures
• Perform basic machine setups and fixturing
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year machining experience preferred
• Experience with lathes, mills, and drill presses preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
