About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Shipper – Fulfillment and Inventory Associate for a high-volume warehouse fulfillment center in St. Louis, MO (63106).

In this fast-paced direct-to-consumer fulfillment role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping drop-ship orders using handheld inventory scanners and desktop shipping computer systems. What You Will Do

• Order Fulfillment and Picking: Accurately pick direct-to-consumer orders across warehouse locations using handheld inventory computers and pick lists.

• Packing and Order Processing: Package product securely, apply required shipping materials, and ensure all drop-ship compliance instructions are strictly followed.

• Computer System Operation: Operate Pack Station and Ship Station desktop computers to process order labels, verify manifest entries, and update inventory tracking.

• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory counts during fulfillment and assist with stock verification to maintain high order accuracy.

• Station Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station clear of debris or hazards.

What You Need

• Fulfillment Experience: Prior experience with warehouse order picking, packaging, and shipping workflows.

• Computer Skills Required: Strong computer literacy, including hands-on experience operating desktop workstations, handheld data collection tools, and shipping platforms.

• Attention to Detail: Sharp accuracy when verifying customer order details, shipping addresses, and compliance guidelines.

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work 1st shift hours, with mandatory overtime and weekend shifts required during peak production seasons.

• Language Skills: High-level verbal and written communication skills in English to read pick tickets, follow shipping instructions, and navigate software applications.

• Reliability: Dependable attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Louis, MO 63106.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
