About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a full-time Inventory Control and Kitting Specialist (3rd Shift) for a logistics and distribution facility in Bridgeton, MO (63044).

This position features a 4-day work schedule running Sunday night through Wednesday overnight! In this role, you will audit inventory counts, verify incoming shipments, assemble kit orders using pick tickets, and enter order data into specialized tracking platforms (including Boeing system platforms). What You Will Do

• Inventory Control and Auditing: Complete, verify, and document accurate inventory counts to ensure system reporting precision.

• Order Kitting and Processing: Pull parts using pick tickets, sort items into individual shipping trays or conveyances, and organize complete kits for shipment.

• Receiving and System Entry: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices, report defective materials or questionable conditions to department supervisors, and enter product information into digital tracking systems (including the Boeing system).

• Material Logistics: Load, unload, sort, and transfer products and materials efficiently to staging areas for individual kit completion.

• Cross-Departmental Flexibility: Assist across various warehouse departments as needed, supporting general picking, packing, receiving, and staging operations.

• Workstation Maintenance: Proactively maintain a clean work area that is organized and free of hazards.

What You Need

• Warehouse Experience: Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, inventory, order picking, receiving, or stock handling experience required.

• Computer Skills: Comfortable entering inventory data and order details into digital tracking software.

• Attention to Detail: Accuracy when matching part numbers, descriptions, locations, and kit counts.

• Language Skills: High-level verbal and written communication skills in English to read pick tickets, verify invoices, and document stock reports accurately.

• Reliability: Excellent attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Bridgeton, MO 63044 for the Sunday through Wednesday schedule.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
