Express Employment Professionals is hiring reliable Package Handlers for a busy distribution facility in Arlington. This is an active, fast-paced role where you'll help sort packages, prepare shipments, and load outgoing trucks. We're looking for team-oriented individuals who show up on time, work hard, and are willing to help wherever needed.

Schedule

• Start time: 7:45 AM
• End times vary based on daily package volume
• Monday - Friday
• Must remain until all packages have been sorted and loaded
• Guaranteed 8 hours of pay when you arrive on time and stay through the completion of the shift, even if the work is finished early

Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Sort packages and mail into the correct routes and mailing sacks
• Read package labels and shipping information to ensure accurate sorting
• Lift and move mail bins weighing up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
• Load completed mail sacks and containers into delivery trucks
• Assist teammates with sorting, staging, and loading as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Team-player mentality with a willingness to help others
• Warehouse, production, package handling, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required
