Service Writer / Delivery Driver

Location: Shreveport, LA
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Writer / Delivery Driver to join our team in Shreveport, Louisiana. This position combines customer service, service ticket preparation, and tire delivery. The ideal candidate has good computer skills, strong telephone communication skills, a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and the ability to lift and handle tires.

Responsibilities

• Write and process service tickets for customers accurately.
• Answer telephone calls and communicate professionally with customers.
• Use computer systems to enter customer and service information.
• Deliver tires to customers and designated locations in a timely manner.
• Load, unload, lift, and handle tires as needed.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude with customers.
• Assist with daily service and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good telephone and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move tires.
• Dependable, organized, and punctual.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
