Specialized Clean up

Located in Canby, OR

Salary: $21/hr

A client of ours in Canby is looking to add a Specialized Clean-Up Team Member to their team! Offering $21 per hour, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays productive with repetitive tasks, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You'll help keep the facility running smoothly by assisting with material handling, bagging operations, and general plant clean-up. No forklift or skid steer experience? Training is available!

Duties:

• Perform general clean-up throughout the facility, including sweeping, shoveling, and removing debris

• Keep work areas, walkways, equipment zones, and plant areas clean and organized

• Assist with mixing and dumping buckets

• Label and tie full soil bulk bags

• Fold empty perlite bags and refill perlite bins

• Assist with bagging operations as needed

• Empty garbage receptacles and assist with waste disposal and recycling

• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Support other departments as needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment

• Learn to operate a forklift or skid steer, with training provided

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Willingness to learn new tasks and develop new skills

• Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work throughout the day

• Ability to stay productive while completing routine cleaning and material-handling tasks

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and attentive to detail

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to travel to a nearby facility if additional help is needed

• Must be able to pass a 10-panel urine drug screen, which includes THC

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
