Production Technician - Manufacturing (Direct Hire)

$25-$35/hr | Monday-Friday 7AM-4PM | Westfield/Sheridan Area

What You Will Do

• Mix and prepare materials according to production specifications
• Operate batching, mixing, molding, and production equipment
• Monitor product quality throughout the process
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues
• Support preventative maintenance activities
• Complete production records and data entry
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We Are Looking For

• Manufacturing, machine operation, maintenance, or production experience
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read production instructions and specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
