Accountant

Located in Azusa, CA

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant for a 3-week contract assignment with a well-established company located in Azusa, CA, specializing in manual, software, and system design.

The Accountant will provide support with day-to-day accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with various accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Assignment: 3-Week Contract
Pay: $25.00

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial activities
• Process and maintain accurate accounting records
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Reconcile accounts and review financial transactions
• Enter and maintain financial data in accounting systems
• Assist with invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
• Prepare reports and documentation as needed
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Support the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks

Requirements:

• Previous accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Manufacturing or technical industry experience is a plus
