Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a skilled Manual Machinist for a local manufacturing company! We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual with experience operating manual machining equipment and producing precision metal components.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate manual lathes, milling machines, and other machining equipment.

• Set up and adjust machines to meet production specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements.

• Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.

• Perform machining operations such as cutting, drilling, turning, and milling.

• Ensure finished products meet quality and accuracy standards.

• Maintain equipment and follow established safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous manual machining experience preferred.

• Knowledge of manual lathes, mills, and machining processes.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Dependable attendance and attention to detail.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
