Factory Warehouse Assistant (Forklift & Inventory Experience)

Position: Factory Warehouse Assistant
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $18/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Factory Warehouse Assistant with forklift operating experience and inventory management experience to join our team. This position will assist with warehouse operations, material movement, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Spanish-speaking employees are welcome. The warehouse accommodates both English and Spanish-speaking team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Track inventory movements and update warehouse records.
• Organize warehouse materials and keep work areas clean.
• Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Inventory control or inventory management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
