Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Service / Inside Sales Support Representative starting immediately.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/HR, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Full-time, permanent opportunity.

Job Duties:

• Support the outside sales team by sourcing rental equipment, processing orders, and communicating with customers.
• Manage emails and maintain organized communication with customers and internal team members.
• Track paperwork, logs, called-off contracts, reported damages, and customer inquiries.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
• Provide professional customer service and assist with resolving customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Must have strong customer service, administrative, and data entry experience.
• Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
