Express is seeking a Machine Operator for a precision manufacturing company in Trafford, PA!

Looking to get your foot in the door with a manufacturing company? This opportunity is a great fit for someone who brings a positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn. Previous machine operating experience is helpful, but motivated candidates with limited experience may be considered for training!

Shift:

• Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM the following morning

Job Duties of the Machine Operator:

• Operate production equipment to manufacture parts according to customer specifications.
• Follow work instructions and production requirements to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform and record initial and ongoing in-process quality inspections.
• Identify and report defective or nonconforming products according to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals.

Qualifications of the Machine Operator:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but candidates with limited experience may be considered for training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
