Part-Time Maintenance Technician — $20/hour

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to assist with upkeep at a condominium community.

 

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–10:00 AM

Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Maintain common areas, grounds, pool areas and recreational facilities.

• Inspect building and landscape lighting and replace bulbs as needed.

• Assist with pool and spa equipment checks, including pumps, temperatures and chemical feeds.

• Perform general maintenance, painting, pressure washing and routine repairs.

• Remove debris, clean walkways and courtyards, and maintain trash and recycling areas.

• Check irrigation systems and assist with grounds upkeep.

• Inspect building equipment, report maintenance concerns and keep maintenance areas organized.

• Complete other maintenance tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance or related hands-on experience.

• Familiarity with basic tools, equipment and general repair tasks.

• Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Reliable attendance and availability for the listed schedule.
