Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Blending Operator starting immediately.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $18.00/HR, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.
• Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Job Duties:

• Receive, weigh, subdivide, and blend raw materials according to manufacturing procedures.
• Operate blending equipment and follow detailed blending instructions to ensure product quality.
• Verify raw materials, perform calibration checks, and identify discrepancies during production.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of blending or compounding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively and understand weights, measures, and basic math calculations.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to follow blending procedures accurately, and work independently with minimal supervision.
