Production Team Lead (Night Shift)

Location: Meredosia, IL 

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour 

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night Shift) 

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Team Lead to oversee night shift operations. This role combines production work with leadership responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their manufacturing career. You'll be responsible for supporting production activities, leading a team of up to 10 employees, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. 

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 10 production employees.
• Assist with blending and production processes while working alongside the team. 
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure goals are met. 
• Maintain accurate paperwork, production records, and reports. 
• Support quality audits, testing, certifications, and documentation management. 
• Track and report production trials and process improvements. 
• Promote workplace safety and accountability throughout the facility.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate production updates effectively. 

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. 
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities. 
• Comfortable working in a production environment that is not fully climate-controlled. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
