Batch Mixer Operator

Pay: $16.00/hour with opportunities for advancement after training
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Location: Jacksonville, IL 

Job Summary

We're seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Batch Mixer Operator. In this role, you'll work with raw materials, operate industrial mixing equipment, and help produce quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys active work and takes pride in following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure, handle, and mix raw materials according to production specifications.
• Operate mixing equipment and related production machinery.
• Move materials throughout the facility using hand pallet jacks.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE, including respirators when necessary.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules accurately.
• Assist with loading materials and other manufacturing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a warm manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
