Forklift Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift - Sheboygan County

Pay & Shifts:

1st Shift: $23.00/hour
2nd Shift: $25.50/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing and packaging facility. This position is responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and finished products.
Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production materials.
Supply production lines with necessary materials and packaging supplies.
Move finished products to designated warehouse and storage areas.
Accurately track inventory and complete required documentation.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality procedures.

Qualifications

Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
Experience with sit-down forklifts and palletized products preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
