Delivery Driver / Front Counter Associate

Express Employment Professionals North Aurora is currently seeking a Delivery Driver / Front Counter Associate for a well-established HVAC company located in Aurora, IL. This is a unique hybrid position that combines delivery driving, customer service, front counter support, and warehouse responsibilities. Schedule

Choose from one of the following full-time schedules:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) OR
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Pay

• Between $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
• Higher pay may be available for candidates who possess a CDL
• CDL is not required, but is considered a strong plus

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies to customer locations throughout Aurora and surrounding communities
• Safely operate company delivery vehicles while maintaining excellent customer service
• Verify and organize delivery orders for accuracy
• Assist customers at the front counter
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide customer support
• Process customer inquiries and help coordinate orders
• Assist with warehouse duties including stocking, organizing, and general shop support
• Support team operations during downtime between deliveries

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Current DOT Medical Card required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move HVAC parts and equipment as needed
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and front-office environment
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
• CDL is a plus, but not required
