Warehouse Specialist - PART TIME 

 

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

• ·         Direct Hire
• Part Time: Required to work 4 hours per day, Monday – Friday. Schedule is flexible. Ideally 9:00am-1:00pm or 1:00-5:00pm.
• Pay is $19-21/hour based on experience . Bonus Opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and product information, and inspect products for visible damage or discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular cycle counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare products accurately according to customer orders and shipping requirements.
• Packing & Shipping: Pack products securely, prepare shipping documents and labels, and coordinate shipments with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the Customer Service and Sales teams to support order fulfillment and resolve shipping-related issues.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow company warehouse procedures, safety policies, and applicable shipping and handling requirements.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment and shipping tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift heavy objects (up to 60 lbs.)
• Basic understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
