Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and hands-on Warehouse Lead to support and coordinate daily warehouse operations in Fullerton, CA.

The ideal Warehouse Lead will have 6–7 years of warehouse experience, including experience leading or supervising a warehouse team. This person will help coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment while providing hands-on leadership and direction to warehouse employees.

The Warehouse Lead will work closely with the Floor Supervisor to maintain productivity, accuracy, safety, and an efficient warehouse workflow. The right candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who takes initiative, leads by example, and is comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Warehouse Lead by providing hands-on direction and support to warehouse employees.

• Support the Floor Supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse operations and maintaining an efficient workflow.

• Oversee and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.

• Prepare, process, and maintain accurate shipping documentation and outgoing order paperwork.

• Assist with unloading incoming containers and organizing received inventory.

• Work alongside order-picking crews when container unloading is not required.

• Help prioritize warehouse activities to ensure orders are processed and shipped on schedule.

• Use internal warehouse management software to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions.

• Provide hands-on guidance, training, and support to warehouse employees.

• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6–7 years of warehouse experience, including Warehouse Lead, Lead, Supervisor, or similar leadership experience.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.

• Computer proficiency and experience using warehouse management systems or similar software.

• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate warehouse activities and support team productivity.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated approach to work.

• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to perform bending, stooping, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

• Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse duties as required.
