Customer Service / Warehouse Associate

Pay: Starting at $23/hour (higher pay may be offered based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Full-Time | Day Shift

A growing company is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service / Warehouse Associate to join its team. This role combines front-counter customer service with hands-on warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with customers, managing orders, and handling materials in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming shipments
• Pick, package, and stage orders for customer pickup and delivery
• Inspect incoming and outgoing cylinders for proper identification and condition
• Maintain accurate inventory and recordkeeping
• Safely load and unload company and vendor vehicles
• Regularly lift and move materials weighing 50-100 pounds
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in both customer service and warehouse operations preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
• Ability to accurately manage inventory and order fulfillment
