Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About Us:
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a respected community service organization in San Juan to hire a compassionate and organized Case Worker. This position plays a key role in helping individuals and families access vital services and move toward self-sufficiency. 

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Screen clients for eligibility through an application process

• Provide comprehensive case management, identify needs, and develop goals toward client independence

• Conduct home visits, outreach, and public speaking engagements to promote program awareness

• Collaborate with community partners for referrals and support services

• Maintain accurate case files, perform data entry, and generate reports

• Support administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, faxing, and maintaining a clean work environment

• Attend mandatory trainings and follow program timelines and compliance measures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ year of full-time casework experience including eligibility and income assessment. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Proficient with basic computer use and data entry

• Valid Texas driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of liability insurance
