Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) / Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Texarkana, TX. This position is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining inventory, and safely operating a variety of heavy equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both warehouse environments and equipment operation while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and productivity.

Essential Job Duties

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate various types of heavy equipment, including:
  • Forklift
  • Front-End Loader
  • Backhoe
  • Trackhoe/Excavator
  • Other equipment as needed
• Organize, stage, and store materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Assist with inventory control, material tracking, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist customers, drivers, and team members with material handling needs.
• Complete required paperwork and operational records accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment required.
• Forklift experience required; certification preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse, construction, industrial, or material handling environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and equipment operation.
• Ability to safely enter and exit heavy equipment throughout the workday.
