The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse staff in daily operations.
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and organize inventory.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain quality standards.
• Train team members on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required; leadership experience preferred (2 years minimum).
• Minimum 2 years of sit-down forklift experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
