Position Details:
Position Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

What You'll Do
- Clean, rinse, scrub, and sanitize bakery and production equipment
- Disassemble and reassemble food-processing equipment for sanitation
- Maintain facility cleanliness while following GMP and safety standards
- Safely handle sanitation chemicals and replenish supplies as needed
- Complete sanitation inspections, records, and checklists
- Report maintenance, equipment, or cleanliness concerns
- Assist on packaging lines and support production needs
- Prepare equipment and work areas for upcoming production shifts
- Operate and monitor food production equipment
- Measure, load, and mix ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
- Load baking racks, monitor baking times, and assist with production processes
- Transfer finished products to cooling and packaging areas
- Perform quality checks on products for consistency, size, and appearance
- Maintain clean and organized workstations while adhering to food safety standards

- Previous experience in food production, warehouse, packaging, or sanitation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
