Summary:
Perform secondary finishing operations on precision-machined parts in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment. This role supports production by completing finishing processes, conducting quality inspections, maintaining equipment, and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform secondary operations including deburring, washing, blasting, and part finishing.
  • Inspect parts using gauges, microscopes, and measuring tools to verify specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Complete routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding quality concerns, workflow, and job status.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to use hand tools and finishing equipment with strong manual dexterity.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred with strong attention to detail and quality.
