Job Summary:

We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused professional to join a fast-paced logistics and shipping team as a Customer Service / Package Handler. This position combines customer interaction with hands-on warehouse responsibilities, helping ensure packages are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered on schedule.

Location:

Duties:
• Assist customers with shipping, tracking, and package-related inquiries.
• Receive, sort, scan, and process incoming and outgoing packages.
• Verify shipment information and ensure package accuracy.
• Load, unload, and move packages safely throughout the facility.
• Maintain organized staging and storage areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Process customer transactions and shipping documentation.
• Utilize shipping and tracking systems accurately.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and general facility organization.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet operational deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

· Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software and systems.

· Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Pay:
$23.00 per hour

Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday
