• Coordinate and distribute daily work assignments as directed by management.
• Support transportation and warehouse operations to ensure schedules and deadlines are met.
• Communicate regularly with carriers, drivers, and internal teams regarding shipments and scheduling.
• Review and verify carrier paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Monitor shipment activity and provide updates when needed.
• Perform C-TPAT procedures and follow company security protocols.
• Assist with resolving transportation and scheduling issues as they arise.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.

• Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Good math, reading, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and dependable with a strong work ethic.
